TEAM HISTORY
All teams, except expansion team Milton Keynes Thunder, have played in the playoffs. Both Birmingham Bandits and Sherwood Forest Outlaws now play in the GFC: Midlands Division and Welsh Dragons in the BFC: West Division.

Hampshire Destroyers represent the county which includes the cities of both Southampton and Portsmouth as well as the Isle of Wight. They play at the home of Southampton F.C., with a capacity of 32,689. Their helmet inspired by the defunct UFL's Virginia Destroyers.

London Monarchs represent the largest city in the UK and play at the home of the English National football (soccer) team, Wembley Stadium which is also the home of the NFL International Series since 2007 with a capacity of 84,000 for American Football and the largest stadium in the UK and 2nd largest in Europe. The team is not to be confused with that of the team, with the same name, that played in the NFL Europa & World League of American Football. Their helmet is the same as that used by the former team except for the added stripes.

Sussex Pirates represent the city of Brighton & Hove and both East and West Sussex counties and play at the home of Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club with a capacity of 30,750.

Thames Valley Thunder represent a region that is centred on the River Thames west of London and includes the counties of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. They play at the home of MK Dons (formerly of Wimbledon, SW London) with a capacity of 30,500. Their helmet inspired by the Berlin Thunder.
