Indoor American FOOTBALL
CURRENT LEAGUES | DEFUNCT LEAGUES
There are two versions of the game:
  • ARENA FOOTBALL - Played by the Arena Football League
  • INDOOR FOOTBALL
More defunct leagues will be added so keep checking back for further updates.

RULES OF THE GAME
The main purpose is to score more points than the other team by moving the ball down the field and into the opposing team's End Zone by either passing or running with the ball. Teams are made up of 8 players per side called Offense, who advance the ball ten yards in 4 downs (chances) and Defense who aim to get the ball (interception) and subsequently become the Offense.

One key difference between American Football and this version is the fact that teams are smaller, no punts are allowed and games are played on fields adapted so that they can be played in arenas (ice hockey/basketball). The adapted field is also 50 yards long with padded sidelines and endzones.
